"Energy and You" Middle School Unit Professional Development Training(Cancelled) May 17, 2012
Is there a green job in your students' future? New technologies using renewable resources must be developed to take the place of fossil fuels. Students and their families can learn the benefits of conserving energy and how energy efficiency can Save Energy, Save Money, and Save the Planet.
"Energy and You" is an Energy Efficiency Education program, aligned with the California Science Content Standards. This professional development will provide teachers with the curriculum (five interactive 50 minute lessons and materials) needed to bring "Energy and You" into the classroom.
